Can I use my power bench track unit on a bucket seat? just change the cables?

I have never tried this. I doubt it would work. My power bucket seat is a stand alone unit with cross bars that make a frame.

Do you think the motor can be slipped over(swapped) ? oh! congratulations Pure Stock Drags this year to you and your wife!

I say no because the power seat track does not have the detentes (slots or holes) for adjusting seat

    It's not possible.

The bolts that mount the seat tracks to the seats have different spacing for bench and bucket seats.

The units are totally different animals.

Now I imagine if you really wanted to do this, and tried real hard you could somehow make it work. I proved this point by making a Buick Truck.
