Just wanted to tell everyone that I'm sorry I havn't been able to do much work on the beginners guide the past few days.

I'm all healed up from the accident, and working my :moonu: off at work... 13 hours today alone. Man! I'm just too tired to do hardly anything

I'm also trying to finish a couple of projects in time for the 'nats.... Trying to at least :Do No:

Rest assured everyone, I'll be back to work at it soon enough :TU:

I dont think anyone will be mad at you for not writing a book in three days. All of us who are way behind on the hands on appreciate greatly any written information on the topics you're covering :TU:

Hey thanks Darryl, ugh I mean Eric!

I think I can do a couple of these

*Bringing the suspension up to safe specs (Front or Rear or Both) I can do the front Portion..... in more of a resto fashion with MOOG hardware.

I can also do The engine install however most will have fenders bolted on when installing their motor I will not but this will give for better review to see the nuts bolts lines and go on!

    Phil-
Take a handfull of good pics, and go for it :TU:

When I do the "detailing the engine compartment" section, it will involve tearing it down to the point where you are now, cleaning and detailing the frame, patcing the core support, patching the fenders, painting the firewall [the new color for the car], rebuilding the wiper assembly, restoring both forward wiring harnesses, and bolting it all back together with new hardware.

If anyone wants to do a section... even one I'v already done, just do it, and I'll copy and post it to the guide!

I would have done the Engine compartment. But I am not looking to be perfect. I will be using DP-90 on the firewall and frame and upper cowl area. Then all other stuff I will try to keep the factory look. I will put something together. I do not have to do all the patch work however my stuff is still decent other than a light patch on the core everything else is in decent shape. so mine would be based more on assembly and prep than repair. :beer
