Wow, what a nice Nov day! Musta been 60 degrees. Myself, Ratroaster, and Fastest430 went racing today. No real round advancements to speak of. But big fun! Never mind how me and Roaster defeated ourselves BADLY. I know, I know, you either win or lose. But we had brain-loc! Anyway, Buick was really well represented today. The Turbo cars were a force today. My pal Tim from the turbo board went 11.34 in his GN. I can't remember the name of the Turbo guy with the sweet metallic pale red T type, but he went 11.82. Donnie (Fastest430) took his 70 BBB Skylark to a 13.11. To bad that was below his dial-in. O well, at least it was second round and not first like dumb and dumber! Ratroaster didn't run his best times, but he did a 13.71 and 13.74 in testing. To bad brain-loc prevented him from using this consistency. Next year we'll get 'em!! As for me, I was the slowpoke of the group, but a new best time was todays reward. The four gear managed a 14.39 at nearly 96 mph. Way better than the previous best of 14.70!!!!

After our loses we all caravaned for awhile down the highway. Excellent day for it! And the non-construction areas of the PA pike provided the usual scenery I've come to enjoy. All in all, a great day!!! OK guys, lets do it again in the spring :TU:

Oh man...........don't know how or why I found this thread.......I had just blocked that whole day out of my mind. Needless to say I learned a hard lesson..............don't ever role through the staging lights!! :Dou: Other than that it was an awesome day, I can't think of the last time we had 5 Buicks at Keystone and Floyd, you dropped some serious time that day! BTW: John Cordial was the other Turbo Limited you speak of and he ran his season fastest 11.90 :TU: Hopefully next year the five of us can make a serious dent on the Brand X'ers. We will have to get everyone into the modified class. :Brow:

I like my avatar better

Maybe this spring my big brown turd will lay down a serious number. Actually, I'd be happy with 13's. It needs tuning or something. It doesn't seem to have the power it has the potential for. It kinda feels like my 70 GS 350. Maybe a shift kit will make it all better.

And if Joey gets the Poop car on the road and Paul Moore brings the 71.........that will make 7 Buicks!! We'll have almost as many as the MOPARs do!! :beer :3gears: Watch out Keystone!! :TU: :blast: :blast: :blast:

Paul Moore just may show us what a GS 350 should really run like.
Paul wanted to have it ready for Pittsburgh Thunder.Last i herd he's cloning it into a YELLOW GSX . I think it was lack of -RED EYE-! :beer

These 350's run better when all of the valves arn't burnt.A valve job wouldn't hurt. :Smarty:
