Looking for a 68-69 project, stumbled across this 71 Framingham built post coupe. Story: guy owned it for 20+ years and drove it all over the country. Gets a wife, kids, house.... Specs: 71 post, ALL SILVER= no vynil top. Ugly hunter green interior. Engine: 350, 10.2:1 KB notched forged pistons, KBC-118 cam kit, KB roller rockers, double roller (timing) chain, KB oil pump kit, KB deep sump oil pan, head work (unspecified), iron manifold (?), rebuilt Q jet flowing 830 CFM. Various NOS items- timing cover, etc, etc. Exhaust- 2" manifold (?) back with Flowmasters. Trans: TH400, 2600 stall 10" (?) convertor, recalibrated shift body, other unspecified work (receipts). NOS flywheel. Rear: 1970 (?) Olds 10 bolt posi w/ Zoom 3.70 gears. Suspension: HO Racing Trans Am disc brake conversion including front suspension, Variable rate coils front and rear, 1.25" front sway bar, 1" Addco rear, various NOS parts- wheel cylinders, springs, etc. Stock interior with MONTE CARLO SS CLOTH BUCKETS ( :spank: ou: o No: ) mounted to the floor with ANGLE IRON!!!! Overall in fair shape. Clean floors and frame. Can drive it and not be ashamed. Very, VERY healthy 'built' sound to it.... Plans- flush everything out, get some buckets, body panels. 15" dog dishes. Repaint a Black Cherry type color with sythetic metal flake. Headers, intake. Odds and ends. :beer
Thanks!!! :beer I am switching gears a little going from the 68-69's (which I know forward and back) to the 70-72's. Luckily, I met a restorer (of GTO's mostly) who had a nice 1971 front bumper and a re-plated 71 rear bumper sitting in his shop which he gave me for the goose (that's right- NADA!!!). I will throw them on in the early summer and go cruisin'. :3gears:
