anything wrong with this before I order machine work?

I am currently working on motor and tranny setup. I need a few opinions on the final setup mainly converter stall and final compression ratio. This will be a street car raced a couple of times a year.
    Motor: 70 455 .030 over
KB forged pistons 10:1 with valve reliefs
Balanced, shot peened rods with ARP bolts
    Studs for mains and heads
71 heads stage 1, mild port job, polished chambers
    TA 1 7/8 long headers
    Old style SP manifold
800 q-jet will be sent to John Osborne
TA roller rockers 1:55 intake 1:65 exhaust
    TA 413 cam
Modified GN 200r4 with 3:73 rear gears
Zero deck the block (or as close as we can get)

I am thinking of 2800 stall converter and about 10:3 compression ratio. We can get 94 octane at the pump here in MI.

Anyone see any potential problems here. I need to tell the guy doing my heads what cc to run.

    Any comments are welcome.

Sounds very similar to the one I just did. Some things I had ordered at the shop:

    Unshrouded the valves
    Oiling mods described here: http://www.buickperformance.com/oilflow.htm

Mainly street driven I think you'll like that stall just fine with a 3.73 rear.

Make sure the cam is degree'd and setup. This is critical! Brian
