Anyone watch the Soprano's?

I'm a faithful follower of that TV show and it's the only one I watch. It was a sad sight to watch Christopher's girlfriend get whacked. Christopher is cousin to Tony Soprano, who is the boss of the family. After she told Christopher about her working with the FBI, it was the end of her. Too bad, as she was one fine lady. :Brow:

So, does anyone else watch this show?

    I do!

Love the show - she had a good streak in her, but " fine Lady"?
One of my best friends lives in Little Ferry, NJ and we frequent the rest/bar where much of if is filmed"Bada Bing" - in fact will be there Memorial Day weekend.

Just saw it tonight too. She is co-starring with Matt LeBlanc (Friends) in his new show "Joey" in the fall. So, I guess she "had to go".
They filmed some of tonights episode in Red Hook and Rhinebeck which is about 15 miles from me.
Am still waiting for the episode that was filmed in Kingston only 3 mile from my house.
The season finale should be a good one on June 6.

I recall a scene where she is taking tennis lessons with Carmela.

My goodness that girl has great taste in fashion.

    Last Episode

Is next week the last episode? I had heard that this season almost did not get filmed since Tony "James Gandolfini" had a contract dispute.

What ever happened to the Russian that Christopher Moltisanti
and Paulie Walnuts tried to whack and escaped?

Yo!!...I haven't missed a show since it started...as much as I'd like to seen her make it with the tennis chic that time, You Rat....You Get Hacked!!.....there needs to be more of the Uncles humor and I think they should make a wig or Pauly's hair with them side burns!!....:TU:

I believe there's two more episodes left and it's really getting good. People are getting whacked left and right. Also, I can't believe how Carmela and Tony are getting back again and now since the FBI don't have their informant, I guess they won't be putting an end to the show. This is good quality TV unlike the crap these big 3 TV networks put on.

James Gadolfini was born and raised in Westwood NJ, where I grew up. I think he attended HS in Hillsdale. My sister in law got his autograph because she works at Demarest Farm in Hillsdale and he popped in to buy some farm good I guess.

I haven't watched any Sopranos since it's inception, but I am now an addict because my friend has lent me the first two seasons on DVD. I watch 2 or 3 episodes in a row. It's friggin addicting.

The first season, when he was driving through that business complex to run that guy over and ended up beating the crap out of him, That was the Mack Cali Center in Paramus right off Saddle Rivver Road near Rt 4. I can't tell you how many times I've hung u-turns in there. It's a trip seeing all those familiar surroundings on one of the best written shows ever.

I honestly don't think any episodes suck. I look at this show from an all inclusive standpoint. You can't expect non stop action and repetition and have any kind of good thoughtful depth to the writing. You need to build up to those parts to really make them count.

Thats pretty cool Ken, we watch the show religiously.
The extent of my famous show/movie location connection's is the movie "Home Alone", that church they used was a half a block from the house I grew up in.

SO how bout that meeting with Tony and Johnny Sacks....war is a brewin.
    no Soprano's next week, :af:
but the last one of the season on June 6th:blast: :ball: :blast: :ball:

    Zach,
It was last October. They shot on Albany Avenue at an orange house just before the bridge heading towards Clinton Ave.
The traffic was backed up and there were huge spotlights along the road.
I found out later from a co-worker who know someone that was in charge of driving the actors to and from where they were staying in Red Hook.
This is fact, because I saw 35mm photos of the cast with the driver.
Still don't know when they will air that episode.
