I just thought I'd better ask to see if anyone was into the old type systems such as the original nintedo or maybe something older. What are you into?
I like the old Atari stuff. I even bought one of those joysticks that plugs right in to your TV composite ports and they have about 4 Atari games on each one.
Yeah I saw those things to! It amazes me that you can just buy the simple controller that plugs into your TV and play Sonic or Atari games just like that without the machine! How far has technology come lol!
I used to have one of the original Nintendos and my uncle had an old Dreamcast that he traded for a PS2.

There's the ones I remember...Pong, Atari 2600, Colecocision....ah the late 70's early 80's stunk :bglasses: glad that period is over...especially the music
Pong, baby! :TU: Still got it, but it dont work no more. Paid $99.99 for it in the summer of '79. That was BIG money back then. But it was worth it! Got the "chicks" turned on pretty good :Brow:
I love console video games. My past systems were: N64 Saturn Dreamcast Ps1 Ps2 Xbox. For you guys with Xbox you should all check out Forza its the best sim out. It has the GNX in it and you can mod all the cars. I have a GNX with 600horse and 770 Torque
I still have two Atari 800s set up in my basement, hooked up to the stereo with a commodore monitor. Two 1050 disk drives, one with an accelerator chip. Can't beat MULE at a party! Also love pitfall II, DROL, Bruce Lee, and Asteroids. -Bob C.
What's the game with the 70'GSX in it? I need one of those so my boy can drive a GSX before he turns 4.
One classic that i haven't seen for a while..............PAC-MAN :TU: Lots of hours wasted in my younger days. :beer
I have two original NES systems. One of them, I recently just got working like new again by replacing the chip that the game slides into. Got a new chip off eBay for 8.00. The other, completely original, and still works like a charm. I also have every game ever made for the NES on ROM's with emulators that I can play on my computer, along with SuperNES and Sega Genesis.
I can still remember the birthday when I received The Legend of Zelda as a gift. That gold cartridge was just so cool!!!! I also had a Turbo Grafix 16. I always thought that had some of the best games out there. Bonks Adventure and its sequel were really great games in my opinion.
