I'm just wondering if there is anyone in the Seattle, Washington area that could help me with my 76 riv, it's my first car and I want to do all the work since I'm going to school to become a auto tech right now...but I still need help. Thanks
Whats your name? I live in Enumclaw, but its about 1 hour away. What kind of help are you looking for?
Washington Guys Hey, Just saw your posting about looking for Buick guys in Seattle. I'm in Seattle myself. Drive a 65 Skylark as my daily driver. I'm kind of a rookie though. The slightest problems stump me often. For instance, My radiator blew out the other day and blasted the wires off of my distributor cap. I have the firing sequence on the engine block but don't know which order the pistons go in. Would you happen to know if #1 is on the right or left (facing the front) and do they run with #1 and #4 both in the front or like a "U" with #1 and #8 in the front. If not, I understand. Anyway, glad to hear you're out here.

Rookie Yeah, great. Make fun of the rookie why don't ya! You'll crush my spirit and the 'Lark will end up at the dump.
Cool cjp69. You can see how I might think such comments could ( and should!) be directed at me after knowing F-all about my own engine. Thanks again everyone for the info over and out
Hi guys As I am going to pull my engine in early Aug. how would anybody like to join in molesting a virgin 70 stage one. Time for a rebuild on old blue. If you would like to help, just let me know. Jim P.S. suds soda and pizza are included
Hey Jim. Where are you located? I might not know a hell of a lot but I know a few things and I can certainly be an extra set of hands where needed.
