Anyone have experience with "waxoyl" rust proofer

I was wondering if anyone used a rust proofer called Waxoyl? Looking for any feedback on it. I recently bought aan 07 Trailblazer SS for the wife with ultra low miles and looking to protect it from the NE winters. Here is a link to a dealer in VT but I found another locally.
