Anyone get a quartz clock movement in their car?

    I see there are people that will put a modern quartz clock mechanism in a classic car clock. Has anybody had this done and can anyone recommend a shop?

    What year are you working on?

    I redid mine, not too bad at all and I love it. I also hjave a couple redone for sale. One pointed lense and one flat lense.

    Let me know if you want me to redo yours?

    Its out of a 67 - have you done those before? Did you buy a kit to do yours?

    I got my "kit" from instrument Services and it went right together and works perfect.

    I found these people in VA are the best I could find they said they would garanty the clock for life and it was only 80.00 for them to convert it for me

    Thats the one , the kit in the red and black box. Works perfect. The second hand does not "click" it sweeps smooth.
