    Good place to live!

This is a good are to live. We have most of anything you need, but not the rush, rush and more rush. Beautiful views too. Winters can be a little harsh though. I am about 45 min. from Morristown. I live in Johnson City which is about 20 min. from Bristol Raceway. They have the Buick weekend here at the drags most every year. Hope you can find that property.

I'm with you Scott. My wife and I will have a hide-a-way in the mountains somewhere down there.

    How about western North Carolina?

Guys, I have a piece of property for sale in North Carolina. It's right on the Tennessee state line. It's posted in " The Bench"

    north carolina property

problem is, it is not IN tennessee-lots of tax and business owners advantages to being located in the state of tennessee. im certain it is every bit as beautiful, but beauty is only part of the draw for me-as a small business owner, i picked morristown for some specific advantages.

    TN Property

Yeah, Lots of people are finding out about this place for its mountains and hideways. My family orignally came from western North Carolina. We still own 4 places up there where we Christmas Tree Farm. That is out soul income. This is a slow time in the tree business due to the cold weather up on the mountains where the farms are. Been down to Zero up there the last couple of nights and up to 18 inches of snow a couple of weeks back. We have a shop up there and that is where I take off to on those cold days and try to work on our equip and old cars. NO ONE BOTHERS YOU! My father and grandfather bought property up there decades ago for near nothing, but not it is sky-rocketing compared to those old days. Still not like S. Calif., but steep for here. What business were you persuing in Morristown?
