Hey Guys, Could I get you experts out there to take a look at this Stage 1. I am currious if anyone has any info on this car.....good or bad that will help with my decision to purchase this car. Below is a link to the thread in the cars for sale section. I know it has the wrong air cleaner and possibly a patch on one quarter....any info would be helpful. Hi Tony - For starters, definitely get the VIN to verify if it's a true Stage1. Then get the Sloan info to determine what options are original or not. The air cleaner looks to be from 1970-1971, and the A.I.R. pump is missing. Try to determine if it's 'numbers matching' - that can be used to bargain. Brake booster should be zinc plated, not painted black. Radiator hose should have a strip (missing).
