Aside from having our 2nd child due this October, we are moving to a bigger house this August. Unfortunately, the new property cannot fit one of my storage garages. It is 18x10 "amish built" shed, with a roll-up garage door and a side door as well. It's around 5 years old and in great shape. I am asking $1500 (1/2 what I paid), and you would be responsible for removing it. It was delivered by rollback by 1 guy with some 6" pvc pipe to slide it around on. If you are seriously interested I will post pictures.
BTW, it is located in North Brunswick, NJ which is around 10 minutes from exits 8a and 9 of the New Jersey Turnpike, and around 20 minutes from Raceway Park.
    Thanks!

Wish NJ was closer to Ohio.

I almost considered one of them portable garages about the same size. Till a buddy bought one.

I have seen several that look nice. I know of one I have seen for 7-8 years and holding up well. But the one from China my buddy got is crap. Though it may turn out good once he gets the right parts. They put the hold down ropes ad D rings in the wrong spot. So you can't make it smooth out and you can't tie it down.

But with labor at 12cents n hr in China what can you expect.

Where did you buy that garage??? I don't wanna build and deal with permits n crap. Id get zoomed on other stuff. Maybe one rolled off a truck will be like a portable. no permits needed.

I just measured it. From outside corner to outside corner, it is 19'3" x 10'3", not including a 6" roof overhang on each side. Please let me know if you are interested.
    Thanks,
    Marc
