I currently do not have the steel line connected to it. Whatever fitting is there now has duct tape on it? Any idea? 1972 Buick GS 350 that once had AC which has been completely removed. Thanks, Steve
Looks like the line that runs to the evaporator which sits in front of the radiator, and looks like the evaporator was removed. It runs from the compressor to the evaporator. You should be able to "trace" its path and remove it. Unless you are going to reinstall stock AC, or remove and sell that line, I would cut it out if it cannot be worked out.
