HANGOUTS John, Here's a few Porkys at midway another one is North St. Paul, and Anoka i was just talking to a friend and he told me theres about 200-300 cars at Anoka. I like your GS. Tell your Dad to call me so i can have him help me with my GSX (clone)
Every July in Lakeville, PAN-O-PROG:grin: I would love to see your car. I live right by Lake Marion. I heard Anoka is Hoppin again. Hopefully next spring I'll be driving my GS, I need someone to help me get the wiring done on my engine harness. BTW RANDY, I tried to call you this weekend.
Re: HANGOUTS Did Anoka lift their cruising ban? I realize that I have been away from the cruising scene for a while but about 12 years ago they actually outlawed cruising in Anoka and went so far as to post street signs stating the fact. Anoka used to be packed bumper to bumper four lanes both directions. I think the congestion and street racing are what killed it. I do believe that the best cruising in Minnesota is down on University avenue from Porkys to around Snelling.
HELP John, Your dad and i know each other through the Minnesota Grand National & T Type Assoc. im the former president & founder of the club. I need some help with the wiring and cooling system for starters and the carb & timing im waiting for your dad to call me when hes ready. Re: Re: HANGOUTS It's been about 12 years since I frequented Anoka also. I remember that they only allowed you to make one pass up and down Main. Anymore than that and they could ticket you.
