I have a 99 Silverado Z-71 with a 4L60E auto its acting funny cold, not shifting into first and acting like its going between gears. works perfect after you dirve it a few miles and it warms up. also works cold if you manually shift it. something with the electronics?? I pulled the pan and did a trans service. nothing unusual or messy in the pan and no burnt fluid or anything. this started the morning after I got back from a 2400 mile road trip to florida and back. not a bit of trouble on the trip. truck only has 110,000 on it. any info would be greatly appreciated. thanks Larry
thanks for the info Chris. I will road test it with my buddy's scanner and see whats up. my service engine light has been on due to that bogus evap emmision code so I really dont know if it could have set another code or not.
