I'm looking at buying a beat up, rusted out '73 GS to use as a parts car for my Riviera. I'd need to have it shipped to California from Kansas. Thing is, the car has no steering column or drivetrain, so getting it loaded would be... inconvenient, to say the least. I'm having some difficulty finding a reputable transporter that's willing to deal with pulling the car out and loading it up. Do any of you have any recommendations?
I don't think a typical car hauler will take on this project. You need someone with an one or two car hauler or a tow truck. Good luck.
