Ok so I got in wires pretty much figured out now my problem is with gauge cluster hooked up my illumination is always on....untill I turn my headlight switch on then I have no instrument illumination. Also if I have the ignition on and turn the headlight switch on it cooks the illumination circuit on the pcb board on the back of the cluster and pops the gauge fuse in the fuse block...any ideas? I should note I have it wired with two toggles and a push button start. One toggle is the pink ignition wire with the main power wire which has a jumper for power to the other toggle which has the 10 gauge brown accessory wire as well as the lt blue wire and brown with white stripe resistance wire on it...any ideas? Also when I turn the ignition on the fuel gauge pegs way below the empty mark Thanks everyone. Greg.
