Another Legend is Gone...Jack Merkel

    I was thumbing through the Web...and I noticed that along with the Fred Catlin ( R.I.P. ) and the Fred Wilkerson ( R.I.P.) , I noticed that Jack Merkel had passed onto the " Spirit " back in 2018. Mr.Merkel sold me a set of set of Buick 455 cylinder heads( '70 ) and He gave great advice ( Thanks, Mr. Merkel ) .
    Just wanted to get other's impression of Him.
    The Legends , are leaving here... Are there any Books ,describing the LEGENDS...? Mr.Jay B.Britt, Jr.

    Merkel Racing Engines did my short block and set up the rest of my 455 couldn't be more pleased with the results.. RIP
