    Frank, you want engine bearings or supercharger bearings? :Do No: Call Motor Machine in Hartford Michigan, 269-621-3601 if you want engine bearings. It's a hole-in-the-wall machine shop thats been doing it for over 50 years and three generations. Tell Keith I told you to call. They have or had a whole shop full of obsolete Federal Mogul / Sealed Power engine bearings and parts.

    Wrongo, Jim, wasn't me that said anything about pulleys, supercharger components or anything else. Other than a few experimental projects for Jet Boats and the 63 Jetfire that had a turbo, Olds hasn't used any of those power added devices, so I have no direct experience with that.

    Oldsmobile= Naaaaaaa....Chuuuuuuuuu.......raaaaaaaa.....llllllyyyyyyyy Assssssss.....peeeeeerrrrrrrrrr........aaaaaaaaaa.....tedddddd............

    If I may take some poetic license from the track announcer at the Virginia F.A.S.T. race.

    I do know who did, though, so I'm on the sidelines of this watching, too. In the words of Colonel Klink: "I know nothing...."

    I thought Studebakers had the supercharger market cornered until Frank showed up with that Y block.

    I will check with them, that's a genuine problem. Granatelli doesn't even carry the stuff any more.

    Frank: what model blower is it? I had an SN-95 on a dually at one time, and in my parts searches ran across a place out in Cali that had bought out a couple old warehouses of old school huffer parts, most of them still brand new...I'm talking old school, obscure stuff. I'll try and find my info...

    The blowers used on the F codes are VR models. Check out the VS57 web site, run by a friend of mine in the UK. Jim Moody. There's a lot of history in this site, there are some parts still available but as the popularity of the blower Fords and T'Birds has increased the supply is getting thin and the prices have really skyrocketed. Like everything and everybody elses stuff.
    Like the Olds w-30 heads or a ZL-1 block, it's gettin' nuts.:Dou: Paradise Wheels?

    Actually it began a while ago and it's still on going...this year I was the quickest and fastest "small block" in attendance at the Pure Stock Drags, now if I could only find a Firebird like Miller used to own.....a 336 Lb weight loss would do wonders for my ET.....a new posi wouldn't hurt either....:)

    No, I don't work for Eaton, but a new Eaton posi with carbon fiber clutches is going into my Custom S tommorow. After watching video of my runs and seeing that I was smoking the right rear all the way from the start to mid track at Mid Michigan, I am thinking the ET will drop. I guess we'll have to wait and see.:Brow:
