    ....12C...4382
    67-44667 KAN 134 BODY
    193-B...........T-7 PAINT
    E 2LF....................5-Y

I'ld like help to deciphering the 134 BODY code, 193-B (int. colour? If so what one?), the 7 in T-7 PAINT code and the F in the 2LF.

I pretty much figured out the rest from Olds and Pont. sites. I could find no Cowl Tag info. on 67 Buicks after a lengthly time on line.
From those sites:12C Dec 3rd week
.......................4382#means nothing (was for individual plant use)
    ....................... E--soft ray windows
    ....................... 2L-- 4spd
    ....................... 5Y--Deluxe Seat belts

    Thanks Ray

T= Ivory paint ( I do not know what 7 means)

193B = Saddle interior and bucket seats ( I believe)

Kan = made in the Kansas plant

The number you say is unknown is the Fisher sequence number.

Yeah the 7 is a mistery to me.
The int. looks like a light yellow. I recall a 67 int. colour called Bambo Cream or something similar. Can't recall where. But I'ld like this car done the way it was from the factory.
I'm thinking the F in 2LF means tach. (there is one)

    Thanks Ray

I found the answers on a search here on the forum.

(193)--The 190's are deluxe front buckets. The 3rd # (3) denotes yellow. The third # (3) would have been Saddle for the 180 series (bench-no arm rest).
The F in the 2LF means short console.

    Thanks Ray
