Ok, I'm offically going MAD... Got Heads on and Flywheel., TIming chain, cam, Pistons and crank. Why the heck wont it turn over with starter.... It still turns over so stinkin hard. Using a breaker on Balancer bolt it turns pretty tuff. I think it may have something to do with the .001 Rod bearings? Could this be.. isn't it wierd that the rod bearings would be .001 when all that was done was Polished the crank. Is it possible that there too thick and when torqued down, it becomes to tight to crank over.? We put it on cherry picker and used jumper cables to start starter and no luck, starter engages, but doesn't turn the flywheel. So frustrating.... Everything was going so well.....

anyone know what problem might be...

    Stop !

The time is now to find out why it's not turning over. Did it have problems turning over when you laid the crank? How bout when the rods were installed? Did you check the thrust clearance before the rods were installed? post back with more info.

Rope seal on the rear main? If it's not installed correctly it will be a bear to turn the assembly.
