How much paint would I need to redo my engine bay and engine on my '60? I'm going to be rebuilding the engine soon and while I have it out I'm going to redo the engine bay also. Also what are some good suppliers?

If you go with the CARS paint, then plan on at least 4 sparay cans of the chassis black, and 3 or 4 of the green engine paint. Are you going to paint the firewall?

If you have nothing but the firewall to do, I'd contact these guys if you're more comfortable with using the spray cans instead of mixing paint in a gun: They can mix up the paint you need and put it in an aerosol can.

Everything under the hood is going to be painted. What is CARS website? I think I've been on it before but I can't seem to find it. Thanks

Hi Micheal. Try The Eastwood Company. They have a good color called Underhood Black. Correct shade and not too glossy. Good luck. John.
