    Guys some of the fans i've seen draw 40amps PER FAN!
    A 63amp unit wont keep up with one fan that pulls that much,let alone duals.

    Time to troubleshoot.

    Disconnect the wires from terminals #1 and # 2
    Connect a 12volt filament (Not LED) light bulb from +12 to terminal #1
    It should light. Start the engine. The light bulb should go off.
    Check the voltage between the alternator output and the alternator case ground
    Let us know what you get
