I'll soon be giving my '69 Skylark a wheel alignment. Does any one have any ideas on the maximium shim stack I can use?

Ideally I'd like a slight negative camber and some positive castor. I've got PS, making the steering heavier won't be an issue for me.

I've run 3/4 inch shim stacks on a SBC powered Holden HQ ( uses similar suspension all round- in fact the upper control arm bushes and the rear
control arm bushes are the same) without any issues.

Suspension has been rebushed, ball joints, Konis. ( they came out of the HQ- love that GM interchangabilty:cool: )

    Cheers,
