THE THREAD:RACE CAR CHASSIS TECHAIR BAGS)RG231 AND DAVID GRAMLOW HAS THE ANSWER...AGAIN I LOVE THE INFORMATION ON THIS WEBSITE!!! JAY B.BRITT,JR.
Yep, Firestone sells a line of rear air bag kits for our cars, under the Coil-Rite brand name. My employer is a distributor and I can resell to you guys at a pretty nice price, less than Summit. These are load-leveling kits, not something for dropping your car on the asphalt. Air bags fit inside the rear coil spring. All orders ship direct from Firestone, as we do not stock these kits. Our regular customer base is Ag-related, and buys the Ride-Rite kits for pickup installations. But I've sold many Coil-Rite kits for 68-72 A-body, and 80's Regals also, to board members here. Information can be found at www.ride-rite.com and if interested, just send me a PM with your car information, or just post it here, and I'd be happy to shoot you a price. Shipping from Firestone is usually only about $6 too. :TU:
Thanks David! I'm looking forward to getting mine. Great product at a great price. I especially love not getting ripped off on the shipping.:TU:
