I was planning on redoing my interior anyway but still! the little vermin are unwelcome in my car!

Whats the best way to keep these unwanted free loaders out of my car with out moth balling the hole place?

And whats the usual charge for a headliner installation these days?
I'm planning on taking out the glass anyways too so that is not a big deal either.

We have had the best success with Peppermint oil on some cotton balls around the car and in the area where the nest is/was.
Not to bad on the smell compared to mothballs or mouse pee.....

Plug in a couple electrical vermin deterents.

I've been scattering drier sheets all over the car during winter storage with great results for the last 7 or 8 years. i put them everywhere, air cleaner snorkels, tail pipes, in the trunk and on the interior and haven't seen any evidence of unwanted vermin since i started using them.

I agree with the drier sheets they have worked for me as well, with boat motors and cars!
I had mice eat thru a new headliner while my car was being stored, very frustrating!!! 1/2" hole right behind the
drivers side. Prior to doing drier sheets.

I have has traps set for months now and only caught one mouse. I'm trying those rodent repellers you plug into the wall. They worked extremely well at the inlaws so I figured I'd try them myself.
