Is adjustment procedure the same for oem modulators with port on the side as pictured? Screw in for later harder shifts? I can’t find anything in my service manual.

    Thanks in advance. 20240207_130241.jpg

The OEM modulator was not meant to be adjusted. If you notice, it has sealer where the threaded screw enters the modulator. If you want try adjusting it, I would seal it each time using RTV silicone (that's what it looks like to me). If you don't seal it, it will leak vacuum past the threads. I would think it adjusts the same as the aftermarket brass modulators, but I could be wrong.:)
