As I'm going through my car, one of the things I'd like to redo is the AC system. I just bought a new evaporator, so I should be covered there. Can anyone tell me how to test the condenser and receiver/dryer? Pressure test? What about the compressor? It turns freely. Any way to test it? What about a good service to get my original rebuilt? What about the valves like the POA or whatever it is? Any reason to suspect the original might be NG? Thanks.
