Hello, if anyone has a moment could you tell me which models came with that great looking roofline? Thanks for any help.

    The Invicta and LeSabre.

Here are pics of my Lesabre (silver), Electra (white) and an Invicta. You can see the Electra roofline is slightly different.

Chris, your right, hands down the Invicta or Lesabre. The roof lines and body lines are by far the nicest of any of the 61 GM series cars

Its not a bad car at all, seems pretty much rust free. Repainted a few years back and while not a perfect paint job, it is local car show quality and thats fine as I wanted a car to drive and have fun with. It still has an am/fm8 track stereo in the dash and the dang thing even works.

Goes in next week for disc brake conversion, and tri carbs plus a few nailhead dress up goodies for fun. :beer

I love the look of Chris"s car and how it sits low, but I have to draw the line and say I just cant do that part yet. In fact it was his car that got me thinking I wanted one of these to play with. He kept sending pictures of 61s and tire and wheel options, so I had a good idea of what I wanted.
This one has 18 x 7 inch wheels with 235/45/18 tires.

Compared to what you are used to driving, I am afraid it would probably be too slow for you Bob!

Should be sweet when you get it done Mark. What color the interior?
Did you add the wheels? The car looks good now but I say go for it add airbags.

WHAT ???? Oh we need to talk!

    Roy
The car has red insides, and the wheels were on the car when I bought it. Cant say I am totally in love with them, I wish they where more of a chrome style wheel. With the cost of nice chrome wheels pushing $1500-2000, I think I am going to have to learn to like these
