Hi All, my '65 Riviera arrived yesterday and I need to know what you guys think. First let me begin by saying that I've been after one of these cars for quite a while. When I was in High school I remember seeing only one Riv. You couldn't swing a dead cat without hitting a camaro or super B, and it blew me away the Riv had so much class!!!
An add appeared online advertising that the car had 45,000 original miles and I called and found that a guy had bought this car for his Dad. The most striking part of this car is the chrome it is like new, the body and paint are like new, this guy had been searching and finally found this collector Riv. for his Dad. Anyway, both he and the old man are car dealers, and when junior throws the old man the keys he drives it around the block and then tells his son he can't accept the car cause he's a Dodge dealer.
Well, I guess the old man's loss is my gain and I don't know whether to be happy or sick over seniors decision! For the life of me I can't even think of a Chrysler I would rather drive. Remember this guy may be senile or ill so keep the profanity to a minimum if you want to reply!!!
