Hey all just wanted to know a few things b4 i start up my regal project. I'm dropping in a 68/69 gs 350 engine and just wondering.. if i wanted to upgrade the cam, headers, intake, tq converter, ...say 500cfm 4bcarb then later on go f/i, would the super charger afect my set up?...what i mean is would i need a different spec set up cam, heads and all that for the s/c to work better thanks
a supercharged engine needs a little lower static compression and a different ignition curve that reacts a little more to engine load rather than rpm. for internal mods youll have to share a bit more of your intentions for this engine. how much power are you looking for?
yea i knew about pistions and bringing the compression down to around 8.5 i''m looking for around 450rwhp
