I wish to highlight what I believe to be an error as it relates to a detail tag for the A/C operating instructions.

I purchased a tag listed as a 1970 tag from the Parts Place. It has GM part number 1385359, and is the same tag offered by other parts suppliers besides the Parts Place, so I am not just signaling them out.

I think it should be listed as a tag for the 68-69 cars, as the instructions refer to the temperature wheel control and defrost wheel control, which are not present on the 70-72 A/C cars.

I know it is not a big deal, but if it can save somebody from wasting $6.00, then it is worth it.

...can't speak to '70, but my '71 Assembly Manual page 0-8.1 "Items Shipped Loose In Car" doesn't list that tag or P/N. Buick quit using it...

I'll pay you what it cost you if don't want it.

68 was the only year that used the wheels to control functions. Good thing too!

That sounds good to me. Send me your complete address and I will send it out next week. I cannot do it this week as I will be on holidays until Tuesday August 13. In the meanwhile, send me either cash, or a cheque in the amount of $7.00 to cover the cost of the tag and postage to:
