A Body Jacks, Handles and Hold down Rods

Possibly inline...Is one of these a complete jack for a 1970 GS?

Missing the base, jack works.

 

Hopefully not a Hi-Jack but, is the spare tire properly mounted white letters up or white letters down? Might this affect the length of the rod?

I believe this is the 70, it has a little shorter hook then the 71.

No, I looked again and didn't see one. It was the common one used on a lot of the 60's GM cars.
