As some of you are aware, I am in the process of restoring and cloning a 1970 GS. I had decided long ago that I would not use cheap or aftermarket parts on a car if the original/NOS is available. When the car is finnished I want to be able to stand next to it and be proud, rather than making excuses for poor workmanship or marginal parts on the car. I have purchased many fantastic parts from people on this board, and every deal has been great. I have never once wondered if the parts are going to be shipped after they were paid for ( I recently lost 350.00 on an E-Bay deal and I'll probably never see that money again) or if what I ordered was going to be second rate. Trust is an important part of this game, and so far NOT one person on this board has given me any reason to question them or their intentions, or have problems with the parts purchased from them. Some of the people that I want to THANK are; Bruce Durband Scott Miller Mike Pollack Brett Slater Gary Paine Scott Baker Bill Lagna Jarrod Jacobs Jeff Kroeger David Gramlow And another Thank you to the board for a continous supply of wonderfull information and assistance. My hats off to all. Mark Lob :beer :beer :beer :beer :beer :beer :beer :beer :beer :beer :beer

Guys like me like stories with lots of pictures ! Is that wrong ........................o No: Good Luck Mark ! :3gears: :TU:
Hey Mark I see that you own a Mopar. Are you going to the Mopar Nats? I`m taking a beating over on Moparts trying to convince people about the FAST race
Kieth, I probably wont go to the MOPAR nationals, even though the car is nice enough, my first love is with the Buicks. I only bought the Challenger as an investment. It's show quality and only 76,000 miles, the previous owner needed some money fast, so I got it relatively cheap. I just havent figured out yet how to tell my wife that I bought it yet, so I havent driven it home. I will try to put some pictures togeather of this restoration over the next few weeks and fiqure out how to post them. Thanks again to all. Mark :beer
Mark, let me know if you need any help with posting your pics. There is plenty of info on it in the Board Tip/Tricks forum too. On a side note, we are currently -25 deg in Fargo, with no relief in sight thru the weekend. Not looking very good for working in the garage on those wheels...
David, 25 below is brutal, how can you even think about the car? In that kind of weather I revert to survival mode and stay warm by the fire. On the other hand you could move down here to God's country where its a balmy 3 above today. Take care and stay warm Mark
