I am thinking you just get the SHAFT if you know what I mean.

He may not get $13k, but the really nice Silver Arrows are getting over $10k if the mileage is low. I love my 98, but wouldn't spend what seems to be needed for a nice SA.

What makes the SA so special compared to the other models of the same year?

They were the last Rivieras in production and came with special SA id features, some SA specific goodies, and they only made 200.
They were all 'numbered' limited editions !! :TU:

Exactly right on the SAs - got a car cover that was silver, with the Silver Arrow logo on it, a Silver Arrow license plate, Silver Arrow floor mats, Silver Arrow key chains, a Silver Arrow Cross pen, and a special book on the history of the Riviera. I have car number 20 - gets 28MPG on the highway at 70mph with the AC on, and runs 15.0 in the quarter, all stock, with only 17K on the odometer... Buick should have built the next generation Riviera... on a 2-door G-8 platform...:bglasses:
