I have a friend locally here in Orlando that has a '91 Olds Wagon for sale. 89k orig miles, loaded with power options, AC works perfect, leveling system works. I believe he said everything works on the car except for one of the speakers. Has the GM corporate 5.0 V8. The sled is in real nice condition and runs / drives perfect. The wires under the dash were from a phone that he took out. The factory wiring is all intact. He's asking 5k. For additional information, shoot me a PM and I will forward his info. Mike
Mike, These are rare cars, Oldsmobile only built 7663 of those wagons for 1991. For 1992 they built 4347 Custom Cruisers, after that year the model was discontinued. Tell your friend to post it on the Station Wagon Forums :Smarty: < Click banner :Comp:
OH OH, Erik, why did you show me that forum, now I have to watch another forum on regular basis:laugh:
Mike, I just found out that new members need 5 posts before they can make a for sale post: Click here :Comp: If you want, I can post the info + photos above and forward you PM's from interested board members :TU:
Erik, The help would be great if you would not mind. Can you grab the info and pics from here? If not, I can email to you. My friend (Art) is wondering what these cars should sell for. He's asking 5k, but doesn't want to be someone asking stupid money for something. He nor myself know little about these cars. He acquired the wagon from his in-laws. Your honest input, or anyones elses is welcomed. Thank You, Mike
Mike, Click here to view the for sale post on the Station Wagon Forums :TU: It's difficult to say what a good asking price for a wagon like this is. But if this was my wagon, selling it in North America, I would put an asking price of US$ 3,500 on it :Smarty: Click here for 1991 OCC's for sale on Craigslist :Comp: Click here for 1992 OCC's for sale on Craigslist :Comp:
Mike, There are two replies from OCC owners on the SWF, they both think that the asking price is US$ 2,000 too high, click the link in my post above to view their replies :Comp: Tell your mate to post the wagon on his local Craigslist website with an asking price of US$ 3,500 :TU:
Erik, Sorry for being so late to reply. My kids had a big surprise birthday party for me yesterday. Thanks for posting for us. I read the feedback and passed it along to my friend. I'll probably join that forum and join in on the conversation and adjust the price. Thanks again!, Mike
Why doesn't the seller of the wagon register there ? After all, it's his car so he can answer questions directly :TU:
