Anyone running a marine carb?I have a fairly new 850 and am deciding to try it out on the street. I have heard it can and can't be done? Just trying to utilize this carb for something as my other carb is too small.ray:
I know marine parts are often a high quality but it should work just fine. I remember a magazine build where they wanted to keep it all stock but get allot of power from it. They said in the article they change to marine grade injectors of the same size / brand to stay "stockish" as they have a better pulse rate, they were able to gain power without "changing " parts. Was intresting.
Ran pretty strong It will work untill I get what I wan't.Worked better than the 770 street avenger. Off to the track to compare timeslips Thanks for your help.:3gears:
