im looking for a 4x4 s10 blazer or pickup, with a 2.8 or a 4.3. motor can be junk prefer good tranny and transfer cas. body can be torn up.somewhere in the ohio area. wanting to make a little offroad monster. the cheaper the better.
I have an 87 S10 blazer. It actually has a 3.3 liter. its a 3.1 .030 over, fresh rebuild, only 13k. The motor has been converted over to multi port fuel injection, as opposed to TBI. Runs good, has a towing cam. Tranny is good, with only 30k on it. Body is fair, some rust. Interior is nice, needs a good cleaning. Has a set of aftermaket guages, runs good. 3.73s in axles. I'd take 750 for it. I'm located in Buffalo ny, about 3 hrs from cleavland. lots of new parts
It would need to be trailered. We parked it when the motor developed a vibration, which we found to be because the torque converter to fly wheel bolts worked loose. We think this may have cracked the flexplate, so we stopped driving it. Its been parked for a year or so anyway. Heres a list of new stuff: Front brakes U-joints in both driveshafts Fully rebuilt distributor New exhaust Tune up stuff is all new
