78 Versus 71 4v intake manifold

    I might get a 4v 350 intake from a guy and I need to know the differences between a 1978 and a 1971 intake manifold. Or better asked, what should I do if anything to install it on my 71 motor?

    I've wonderd about this myself. OK, if the deck hieghts got higher as years went by would the intake at the deck be lower, and to add to the question, What about intercangeabilaty of differant year heads?:puzzled:
