I need some help, I have a line on a 1975 455. I was looking for cams but all the ones I found said they were for 1968-1972 only. Whats the deal with this? If I do get I eventually plan on switching to earlier heads.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Philip

The block is the same from '67-'76 400/430/455. Just different bores. The company is probably trying to show what vehicle applications the cam was meant for. It WILL fit a '75 block. That's a very good year block. Grab it and you'll be glad you did. You'll need to build the compression to make it work, but the block is a little thicker than earlier blocks.
