I inherited a running 455 that I took a part and fixed what was wrong. The piston to wall was too wide (among other things) for the pistons that were in the block so I changed blocks. You will need to go with +0.050" piston (TA has +0.048" which will work). As far as I know, no oil mods have been performed. $75, block is currently at Automotive Machine and Performance in Philpot, KY, can arrange to deliver at the GS Nats this October.
