Well guy I thought I would finish this thread I started about a year or so ago about putting full tube headers on a 73 boat. the headers fit fine for being long tube, no issue there. when I installed them the factory cross member it could not be used. I contacted G-Force cross members and they made a custom cross member that bolted right into the factory mounting location. everything cleared great. after the car was running I took the car to P.D.K performance in Painsville Ohio to have 3" stainless exhaust ran all the way out the back. it sounds great and they did a 100% class a job. so I thought I would finish this thread and show you guys some pictures as well. One more thing... would anyone know what to use to get the plastic bag off the header tube????? Thanks
