I've mentioned this before, but, I'll mention it again. In my '70 Skylark custom, I have a 455 block engine with '73 Riviera fan shroud, set of pulleys, 7 blade fan, fan clutch, and radiator brace support. These parts fit like a glove- the shroud fits like it was designed for the car. The shroud isn't the right color for the Skylark, and it has washer fluid reservoir and overflow tanks on it that I cut off, but I didn't need to. A viable alternative for cars not 100% original, like my mongrel. This shows just how perfectly this stuff fits:
455 swap A 455 will fit in any A body with the right mounts and frame pads. An A body is an A body, only the skin is different. As far as the radiator shroud, a real good option is an Estate Wagon. The 455, transmission, radiator, shroud, radiator cover, and all brackets etc. in my car came from an Estate Wagon and fit with no modifications.p
