I have a '76 455 in my Sportwagon and have 73 heads and intake I'm looking to install. What needs to happen gasket and passage wise to make these things marry up? I appreciate the help!
Michael, no problem, just bolt the 73 heads on and go. Just use a valley pan intake gasket from a 72 up 455 . Jim Burek
Thanks for the response Jim...one more thing JIm, got it on the '72 and up valley pan...but what year head gaskets? Not sure if there's a difference or not. Thanks!
No problem on the head gaskets, unless you are trying to use the old steel shim gaskets, Any of the over the counter fel-pro, victor, detroit or what ever gaskets will work with any head and block configuration. Jim Burek
