Seems like a rough life for 60K miles. Can't see the wear surfaces up close, but a lot of fading, dirt and discoloration of soft materials.
Boy the rust spots starting to show under the top is what scares me. Maybe it's just discoloration. What's up with the door panels? They look like they have seen serious moisture. That and the power chair don't work...
