Love the blurry picture, and no mention of what motor it has, or had. It sounds like it has some desiriable options, buckets, console, guages. It annoys me when people type only in caps too.
Always assume it is a 350 2bbl car with ps, pb and usually ac. Sounds like a decent project car and seems solid. The buckets and console set-up is worth $400 I think the seller is on the list and I am going to say it is Sam Davis, not sure.
