That's why I figured get a pic of the VIN plate. Seems whoever made it used '70 GSX info. Sounds direct from a Wayne Roberts.
See that is probably pretty accurate. People see a cool "looking" car and have cash. Don't do the homework.
If the buyer went by the window sticker and the seller didn't disclose what the car actually is , I think that would constitute fraud. It might be cool to use the window sticker for show but to use it to sell the car is another thing in my opinion.
The window sticker is in the AD along with the Title states 1972 GSX and he even said it’s original Stage 1............. everything points to fraudulent IMHO.
Claiming something that isn’t true to sell something is Criminally Fraudulent, if you sell glass and claim it’s a diamond, even if you sell parsley and claim it’s weed It’s a crime. But I don’t think he sold it, he just wanted me to go away because I asked too many questions.....and it’s always Buyer Beware in the car World!
