    Hi all,

I attempted to put the lower rocker mouldings on my '72 GS yesterday only to find out that they are about 6 inches too long. They look correct, the contours and all, but are too long. Any idea what these may have come off of ? a 4 door Skylark maybe....

Also, who is the company that is making the repros of these and what are they running price wise (ballpark)

    Thanks,
    Harry

    Your right Harry!

A 4-door rocker moulding is what you have.

Year One was remaking them but unless they have made another run they have long since sold out.

Thanks for the replies. I'll check with YO, if not I have another part to search for.

    Thanks again,

    GStage1 Always looking for parts!

I don't know if your car is a show car or street bruiser.
If you are handy, you can shorten the 4dr versions and no one will know.
I have seen it done and I could not tell.

Make your cut and fold at the rear tire end. Will work for now and you can use them until you find some clean 2dr versions.

interested in your 4 door trim

hi i have a 71 skylark 4 door and am interested in yours. are u looking to sell them? if so give me a price of the trim and for shipping. what kind of shape are they in? if u need any other parts, maybe we can do some swapping. im parting out a 71 skylark custom 2 door hard top. but sorry the low rocket panel trim on it was trashed.
