This car has not been started in approx. 5 years after sitting a garage. Last night I tried to pre oil the motor and with the valve cover off, I could not get oil to come up in the pushrods. What can I be doing wrong? Second, is there an o- ring or a gasket on the oil dipstick tube to keep it from leaking as it enters the block? Thanks.
